‘Me and the Shinigami Taxi’: A Mob Psycho 100 Game - ENG Release

At 2 am, Mob wakes up to a message from Reigen. "Mob, are you awake? I'm about to take a ride in the Shinigami Taxi.” Shinigami Taxi? Reigen calls Mob and fills him in. It’s a taxi operated by a Shinigami that mainly carries spirits, but every so often, it’ll take a human on board. “A client of mine asked me to rescue her boyfriend who got into that taxi.”

Following this conversation, Mob finds he can no longer get in touch with Reigen. ”...I have to rescue shishou.” And so, Mob’s journey begins.

The English version of the MP100 game ‘Me and the Shinigami Taxi’ is finally available to download! This was such a huge pleasure to work on & I can’t thank Kuzu-san enough for the opportunity. The game can be downloaded from the official website here (please click ‘English’ at the top of the page to access). We tried very hard to get this game out before Halloween, so please enjoy 🎃You’ll find a whole bunch of information re: the game on the English site (how many endings there are, how to unlock everything, the trailer, etc.) so I’ll stop here!

just wanted to say thank you for all the work you put into the stageplay translations. been watching them with friends lately and they absolutely rule. this takedown is unfair as fuck, especially for something that doesnt have an official translation :( if its anything, ik me and many others are still gonna continue enjoying your translations (heck, just the other day i got into a convo about mob with a classmate and ended up giving him my downloaded copy of the plays on a thumb drive) so thank you again for everything youve done translating the stageplays and other mob content, it's absolutely not gone unappreciated

2023/03/10: Mob Psycho 100 Manga & Anime Exhibition ~The Path Until Now~ is announced.

This will be an exhibition focusing on all 16 vols of the manga (excludes REIGEN) and the anime. A replica of S&S will be featured alongside anime genga. It will run in Tokyo from May 26th until June 26th 2023, then Osaka for another month (July 28th - August 28th)

Mob Psycho 100: The Stage Play - A Clash with Claw's Seventh Division! - FULL ENGLISH SUB

Initially released on DVD in December 2021, full English subs for the third MP100 stage play, 'Mob Psycho 100: The Stage Play - A Clash with Claw's Seventh Division!', are now here!

The subs are hardcoded into an .mkv rip of the DVD and made available as part of a standalone .mp4 file. Please read the README.txt included in the .zip.

The translation & subs were handled entirely by one person. If you enjoyed the play and would like to leave a tip to say thanks, @katyatalks​ has a kofi here.

For context, the plays were performed over August 2021 when a large covid spike happened in Japan. Due to this the audience capacity had to be reduced to respect social distancing guidelines & audiences were encouraged to not be too vocal. Discussions of covid happen over the last 28 minutes of this play (the curtain call), so please avoid this section of the play if this is an upsetting topic.

Here's hoping we get a fourth play!

Hello, hey can you ask this question? What does ONE think about the relationship between reigen and mob? there are some who have told me that they see them as father and son and others assure that they actually see them as older brother and younger brother. what is the truth?

ONE has made two statements about Mob & Reigen’s relationship:

1) Reigen is an older brother figure to Mob (source)

2) in the context of the film ‘About a Boy’, he thinks Reigen is the Hugh Grant to Mob’s Nicholas Hoult (source)

If you haven’t seen About a Boy, Hugh Grant’s character is a bit of a sleazy guy but circumstances lead him to meeting Nicholas Hoult’s character, and Hugh Grant becomes a better person as a result.

Hello, I want to thank you for your translations, they are always so good ^^ Even now I can't forget the uu-chan omake lol. btw, do you know if that name has a meaning? or do you think It is only a random name Reigen used for the puppy ghost? 🐶

It’s the sound the little spirit makes when it first manifests - which is also the Japanese phonetic way of expressing a Dog’s howl (which I guess would be awoo in English phonetically?)
