I dont know why I didnt write this before but let me talk about why I need to see these doctors. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with something called Pseudo Tumor Cerebri. Basically what it is, is my body produces too much spinal fluid, which then crowds and puts a lot of pressure on my brain and eyes. Because of this disease I have constant headaches, short term memory loss, and double vision. Because of this disease, I have had 3 brain surgeries, and 7 spinal taps. I now have something called a shunt that goes into my brain and drains the fluid into my abdomen. Even with this shunt, I still have high pressure. Normal pressure is between 13 and 20, and one of my last spinal taps was 54! Ive been given countless medicines by my doctors and nothing is seeming to help me and I believe they are giving up on me. This is why I really need to go to Boston. Thank you for your time.
