For the longest time, I wanted to talk about boys commenting on girls and their makeup. “You look beautiful without makeup” How many of u got this comment? Dude, we don’t talk about your pubg without knowing about it. Do we ? We can jus wear a lipstick on a day or go full on with a 10 step makeup. It depends on our mood and not abt others. So drop your judgements about us wearing makeup. We flaunt our natural skin as much as we flaunt our makeup. We don’t wake up with makeup, so our loved ones know how beautiful we are naturally. We just love to dress up and do makeup! It’s purely our preference.. And we do not need opinions on whether we need makeup or not. Buddha Bowl 🥙 There’s two ways you can eat food - eat mindlessly or mindfully. Whatever you eat, make it with love and gratitude. Make your food look good and love the time you take to prepare your nutrition to the body. I know we r too busy everyday with work and want a quick fix food just to curb the hunger, but in most cases we give in to our mind’s cravings or stress eating. You shud be happy at every meal you eat, and most importantly you shud never feel guilty after eating. This makes your choice of food easy.. watever u choose you shudnt be guilty while or after having it. Don’t attach hatred or negative emotional labels to food. Ice cream 🤩 #ilovefood Yes, I too follow #lowcarb diets and call out some food as cheat meal or hate myself for being tempted. But this year I’m trying to develop a healthy relationship with food and my body.. how by mindful eating. If I want to eat something, I indulge but mindfully enjoying every bite of it. If I want to follow a low carb diet, I enjoy it too. Not bcos I want to loose some weight, but I genuinely feel good doing it and I feel a difference. So I don’t want to call it cheat meal or label it by any negative word.
