Risotto comforting an anxious s/o before sleep
The title is pretty self explanatory

I hope you'll like it! It's my first time writing AND finishing head canons, so maybe it's a bit too long haha and this got pretty fluffy towards the end ;3
-You've been experiencing anxiety problems for a while
-Although you managed to get your anxiety under control recently, sometimes it still comes back to haunt you
-Troubled sleep is not new to you
-But tonight your anxiety is giving you more problems than just a troubled sleep
-Because you can't even manage to fall asleep
-You're sitting on your bed trying to sleep, but you can't even bring yourself to close your eyes
-Just when you were starting to get a bit light-headed because of your short breath, you noticed Risotto, your dear significant other, in the room with you
-You were so busy stuck in your own head that you didn't even notice Risotto entering the room
-"For how long has he been here?" you thought
-You were worried about making him see yourself in this state
-Risotto had just finished work and went to your shared bedroom to finally get some sleep, but he didn't expect to find you still awake
-He'll probably keep his distance from you until he's sure you're comfortable with physical contact
-He sits down next to you and asks you what happened
-Either if you're anxious for a reason or just because, he'll listen to your every word if you decide to open up
-If you decide to not open up he'll still stay by your side and hug you if you're comfortable with it
-I'm sure that growing up in Sicily with most likely a traditional Italian family made Risotto quite the expert of teas and herbal infusions
-So if you're into teas he's most likely going to make some for you
-He might be cold and emotionless on the outside, but inside he deeply cares for both his team and his s/o
-So he doesn't like seeing you anxious when all he wants is to keep you safe
-Whether through small hugs or short sentences, he'll give you as much reassurance and support as you need
-After you manage to calm down he's gonna hold you all night long
-He promises you that he will never leave your side
-Despite having a long day of work, he will refuse to fall asleep until you do
-Once you finally manage to fall asleep, he places a light kiss on your forehead
-"Sogni d'oro, amore" (Sweet dreams, love)
