Why does tumblr keep deleting my sideblogs as I'm editing the theme? What is going on?!

I just want a theme that look/works exactly like Copycat did, that isn't broken. Copycat worked so well for me, why did tumblr have to take it away? ;___;

The coder seems to have deleted their web presence too, so it's very unlikely to get fixed.
