Last year I went to a local con. Animarathon. Well, I was dragged there by an idiot ex. He knew I hated people, crowded places, and loud noise. He insisted on introducing me to everyone he knew. After 20 hugs/hand shakes and hours of people being in my bubble, I thought i'd die. Finally we sat down. With another one of his friends. This time a girl, in a doctor who cosplay. He told me her name was Megan. We sat for an hour. She's a artist so she decided to show me a ton of her work. I didn't hear a word you said. I could only focus on your smile as you scrolled through pictures. She gave me peices of this weird green tea pocky. Who tries that kind of flavor? After sitting with her for that brief time, yeah that little weirdo does. On the way home my then boyfriend talked shit about you, told me things I shouldn't know. Told me how he tried to pressure you into things, how you shut him down. I was so proud of you. I broke up with him. You made me realize, he was doing the same thing to me. I just wasn't as strong as you. "Sometimes I wonder where my life would be, if i'd just told her, I loved her laugh."
