A New Journey
After about being into K-pop for 8 years,I finally feel like that passionate k-pop fangirl side of me is mostly gone. Passionate love can only last for so long. I kind of feel like a casual listener now. I don’t think I’ll ever stop listening to it, especially when my work plays it all the time. Most importantly, it was and still is a big part of my life. It was a great eight years and I don’t know what would I do without it. K-pop has led me to a different world, many k-pop concerts, studying abroad in South Korea, making friends through k-pop, and has helped me with some hard times. But now, it’s time to move on from the fan-girling. I am on a new journey to find a new passion. I’m not sure what will it be but I know I can find it one day. Right now, I’m feeling kind of mellow about finding my passion but I am okay with it now. I will slowly search for my new passion and road. The fan girl side of me definitely isn’t fully gone yet. I will definitely go to more k-pop concerts in the future. I am excited for the future.
