Sorry for the unaesthetic meal pic but this is my breakfast, I had a scrambled egg cooked in sesame seed oil (91 calories) and 1/2 of an apple (55 calories) with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter (20 calories)! I didnt eat the egg though so my intake was 75 calories total!

After breakfast I took a 30 minute walk (2,580 steps) and burned 89 calories!

I had a family dinner today that I couldnt skip and ended up having a cup of spaghetti (221 calories) (couldn't take a pic) but I'm taking some laxatives right now to help! I took a 20 minute walk after (2,015 steps) and burned 64 calories!

Total: 157 Calories
