 ‘ yeah, everyone tells me – though they’re usually screaming, crying and/or cursing my existence at the same time.’ jinx shrugs, not really phased by anything nowadays – ‘ flying – sounds totally wicked, where we flying to ? i know that the computer store is having a deal right now, steal one get one free – if you’re up for a bit of trouble –’ another pause, a slight look of skepticism. ‘ it’s actually jinx –  just , no telling anyone that. if people ask i’m stacey or something, i don’t know – what’s a hipster name. everyone just thinks i’m a hipster or something.’

     “ oh — oh!! that’s amazing. ” the whole ruling monarch thing hadn’t been all too appealing to karolina, but komand’r very much LOOKS the part – confidant and regal and so very sure of her identity. “ majesdania – and i do, sometimes. i wish i had gotten to know it more anyway. i wasn’t even aware of where i was from until a few years ago. ”

“What do you look like?” MATT can’t form an image beyond the sound of her voice and QUICK!! pulse. “That could SOLVE our problems.” OR cut the number in half.

        “ we don’t have people who cannot see on my planet. ” it was another way of saying she had never met blind person. “ tamaran had fixes for it -- how would you be able to picture me if you cannot see, anyways ?? ” komand’r asks, for once there being on cruelty in her voice, just curiosity. “ --- not really, no. it just makes OUTCASTING easier, when one doesn’t look like the other. ”

    “ — SERIOUSLY?? that’d be…yeah, no, that’d be amazing. the last time i was up there wasn’t exactly the greatest of expeditions. if you really think it’d be fine?? and thank you. it’s – alright. i’d only been there once. ”

        “ seriously, ” she confirms, with a nod of her head. komand’r loves bragging about her home, and her status. “ --- i’m their queen, they don’t really get a choice of who i bring for them to meet. still ... what did you call yourself ?? your planet is your planet. even if you’ve been there only once, you must miss it. ”

    “ ah – i’m sorry to hear that. i’m still a bit new to this whole extraterrestrial thing though. i’d love to hear more about your planet. uh, yeah. it was. it’s gone now. ”

       “ i could just TAKE you, if you like; if you have a week of freedom. they’ll listen to me, and it’s about time they learn to act with other species, properly. --- i’m sorry to hear that. home is home. ”

mon-el lets out a sigh of relief and bows down to the woman in a playful manner. “mon-el of daxam, your highness,”  he says now that he could breathe again. there was no way she’d recognize him if she was clueless enough not to know daxam had been destroyed along with krypton.  "good thing you didn’t because it’s sort of gone,“ he tells her with an apologetic smile "don’t wanna get into it, though. too depressing.” he adds. he tilts the bottom of the bottle upwards until the girl takes in a fair amount "there you go, you should be start seeing two of me soon.”

       cue a sly grin on komand’r’s face, she tilting her head. “ i’ll look into the library at home, whenever that may be. ” the way he’s acting -- it’s clueing in that he’s hiding something, but for now -- she doesn’t care enough. her lips purse, she nodding at him. “ i am sorry for your loss. may i ask who did it ?? --- NO, of course. politics should not be discussed in such a public place. ” komand’r sits, hair falling down to frame her face. “ how long should it take ?? ”

    “ tamaran – i’m not entirely familiar with it. but no, i’m not. my name’s karolina. i’m from majesdania. ”

        “ for the better, we’re still in rebuilding mode. i’m afraid your perks of visiting, much less knowing, would be slim to none. majesdania ... is it of THIS solar system ?? ”

“TAMARAN??” Matt’s shocked. That isn’t even close!! to Earth. “Matthew. Of Hell’s Kitchen,” he throws in, grinning. “It isn’t as memorable as yours, but it’s something??”

    to say the least, she’s AMUSED by the man, and a chuckle escapes her lips. sometimes, humans aren’t too bad. especially if they’re amazed by her. a plus to her ego -- she wonders what would happen if she mentioned her bloodline. “ -- never heard of such a place, i will admit. but it sounds like it could be some FUN, hmmm ?? and mathew of hell’s kitchen; what do you do there ?? ”

        “ --- and so where do you bare yourself from, then ?? ” she asks with a tilt of her head. “ the temperature change, actually. i’m surprised i could actually feel it. the whole ice thing does more than it looks like it does. ”
