Nevertheless finale thoughts and what we can learn from this show.
When I found out Han So Hee and Song Kang would be starring in a drama together, I knew it would be a great Kdrama. Not only would it show how good they are together both on and off cam, but also it gives us a slice of life of what some relationships are.

For all suckers like me, we find bad + play boys interesting because they give so much thrill and fun. They spice up the "relationship" and sometimes you really don't know what to expect. However, that's the thing. You don't really know what to expect. One day, Jae-Eon would be like "oh i dont want to be in a relationship" and then get all worried and jealous. As much as we want to experience the thrill of dating a bad boy, characters like Jae-Eon are guys who we should avoid. You may date them for a short while but in the long term, you might end up getting hurt.
Even though i was so invested in Jae-eon (cause heâs cute and hot lol), i found it weird that Na-bi wanted to "date" a guy who she knew would break her heart again. I thought she would find someone more vanilla and kind to make up for everything she experienced with her ex. Can't complain much about the time she spent with Jae-Eon because they were cute together,, but toxic.
Sometimes, the good guys aren't chosen as well. We make mistakes, we choose the wrong people because sometimes the better guys are just too boring. Or even yet, we choose the wrong people because we have some hope for the person we like. After watching the finale, i realized that as much as i want Na-bi to end up with a guy who would take care of her and not take her for granted, she shouldn't choose someone who she doesn't like to begin with. It is wrong for that other person. i feel sorry for  Do-Hyeok/Potato Boy but you know Na-Bi likes toxic đ€Ș
Expressing how you feel is nerve-wracking. You risk breaking your heart and your friendship. For the supporting casts, Sol and Ji-wan had a rocky start as Sol wasn't opening up to Ji-Wan. Apparently she already had feelings for Ji-Wan. Ji -Wan was still unsure with her feelings and she didn't want to ruin the relationship.Â
Their chemistry is at a whole new level!!Â
On the other hand, Bit-Na gave me that "i only like flings" vibe until Gyu-Hyun wanted a serious relationship. They kept fighting but thankfully they worked it out. Â You hesitate when you want to tell how you feel because there is this fear that the other person will not reciprocate. I'm happy that the writers gave these two couples a happy ending because they deserve each other.
Also note: i feel bad for Kim Min-Gwi (Gyu-Hyun) because a lot of his scenes were cut short or his face wasn't seen (i.e. Episode 9) because of his cheating scandal. We shouldn't tolerate cheating so Kim Min-Gwi must learn from this. i do hope he still gets shows after his cheating scandal.
I thought the best option for Na-bi was to choose herself. Na-bi shouldn't feel pressured to choose any guy. She can choose herself. She can choose to heal, choose to be free, and choose to rediscover herself. Yet, she still chose someone T O X i C. Although the drama showed a slight character development for Jae-Eon wherein he "reflected", it was a bit rushed in my opinion. I wished the drama showed how he changed to be a good boyfriend to Na-Bi.
Na-Bi's choice may be questionable for some viewers like me. NEVERTHELESS, it was a good show!
Also, can we talk about Song Kang's glow up from Love Alarm to this?? He's so gorgeous! He doesn't look like that youngster anymore.
Sorry for posting late! I was on K-drama hiatus because I didnât know what to watch huhu. Let me know your thoughts about this drama as well! A lot of my friends dropped the show because the couple didnât have progress lol.Â
