She scoffed, rolling her eyes, not letting him win this argument they were having. "Asshole." She mumbled, hoping he didn't hear that, slightly looking away, running her fingers through her hair. She hated him, but at the same time, she sort of felt bad for him. Sort of - but at the same time, he irritated her.

"God, it is just amazing how I don't care what you think of me, Eren." He chuckled lowly, shaking his head before looking back up at her. "Just because we're apart of the same gang, doesn't mean I won't hesitate to physically fucking hurt you." He walked towards her. "Don't fucking test me."

Hearing what he said, she was speechless; but she wasn't going to let him see how sad and hurt it made her. Of course, she had to say something to make it believable. "I know I am, thank you." She said, the sarcasm evident in her tone.

He smirked and nodded, being as sarcastic and condescending as he could. "Anything for you, my dear." He laughed. It felt good to argue with her for once, rather than trying to get her to accept his apologies. He was tired of their back and forth.

"Well, that's definitely a good thing." She mumbled, looking down at her feet, trying to think of something else to say. "I honestly don't care." Shrugging it off like it was nothing, she didn't put any thought into saying what she (didn't) mean to say. "I regret dating you. I really do."

"Oh." He nodded, feeling like she basically just ripped his heart out and dropped it in front of him. He recovered quickly, though, hoping she didn't see how that affected him. "Well, good. Because I also regret it. Worst decision I ever made. You're pretty fucking hard to put up with, Eren."

Wren gave him a confused look as he pulled up to the club, completely clueless as to what was going on. “What are we doing here?” She asked softly cocking her head to the side as she climbed out of the car, fixing her shirt before she stood next to him.

Keaton smiled, taking her hand as they walked towards the club. "Uh, there's just a band playing that I think you're going to like." He entered the club with her, moving the through the crowd and making sure she was next to him at all times. They made their way towards the front, stopping a few rows back. He looked over at her and smiled. "If you get annoyed or whatever being surrounded by so many people, let me know and we'll leave. Alright?"

"And I found out how much of a dick you are." She retorted, giving him an assuring look. "I've been over you. You're a complete asshole, a womanizer, and you're just a waste of my time." She gave him an agreeing nod, letting him know that she was done with him.

He nodded, a small smirk on his face. "Eren, I don't think you realize how much I literally do not care. Think of me however you fucking want but I'm over it. You didn't break my heart, you didn't ruin my life." He shrugged. "Like, honestly, you didn't really faze me at all now that I think about it." He lied smoothly.

Wren blushed as she brushed some hair out of her face. “Oh shush…” She murmured softly as she held his hand. “You think so?” She asked as the walked out to the car with him, laughing as he ran around the car. “You’re such a dork… Did you know that?”

Keaton shrugged at her and smiled. "Maybe a little." He drove to the club quickly, considering they were already running late and he wanted to get her close to the stage. He parked quickly, jumping out and running around the car to open her door before she could and smiling at her.

"Are you assuming that I'm just heartless? 'Cause I am. - I really am, especially when it comes to people like you." She shrugged it off like it was no big deal, barely even looking at him. "Maybe you shouldn't have done that. Turned girls down because of me. You realized how busy I was and I was barely there! Now, you have all the freedom in the world to do that!" She sighed, shaking her head.

"I figured out how heartless you were a long time ago, sweetheart." He rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Yeah, I realize I've got freedom and I'm taking full advantage of it. I'm done with you, I'm over you. Completely." He nodded, like he needed to reassure himself more than her.

Wren gave him a confused look once he told her to change. “Fine… I’ll be right back…” She murmured softly before she walked out of the kitchen area and to her room. She changed into shorts and a nicer t-shirt, grabbing a cardigan as well before she walked back out. “So our plans changed?” She asked softly.

Keaton waited for her return and smiled when he saw her again. "You look beautiful." He took her hand. "And yes. But I think you'll like this plan more." He smiled and lead her out of the house to his car, opening the door for her and shutting it behind her. He hurried and got in before driving.

"And you don’t think I didn’t know that? I’m not stupid." She rolled her eyes, keeping her guard up, not showing any type of weakness whatsoever. "God, you’re ridiculous. No wonder I hate you and all type of men."

"Of course. Show no sign that anything I say hurts you because God forbid you fucking feel something, Eren!" He shook his head. "And good, I'm glad you hate me. Maybe I'll fucking get over you! I turned girls down because of you. Do you fucking understand that?" He groaned and ran his fingers through his hair. He hated what this girl did to him.

I’m glad. Honestly, I’m glad you found someone else to fuck around with. - but then again, I actually found someone who’s worth my time.

"Oh, right, okay. Yeah, I wasn't worth your time. Well, clearly you weren't worth mine considering I fucking cheated on you more than once." He scoffed and rolled his eyes. "God, Eren, you can be so stupid."

Wren moved one of her hands to his cheek and tilted his head to give him a quick kiss. “You’re doing great. Stop worrying.” She smiled before pulling away. “So are you ready?” She asked nervously.

Keaton smiled softly and kissed her back. "Okay.. thanks." He nodded and stood up. "Yes, lets get going." He stopped and looked at her. "Actually, you should probably change into, um, something more comfortable, I guess." He chuckled softly. "Just, uh... trust me."

"No… It’s great…" Wren could sense that he was nervous, so after she placed the rose in the water she walked over to him and wrapped her arms around her torso. "You’re doing great Keaton… I promise…"

Keaton looked up at her, smiling slightly. "Thanks. I'm trying honestly." He tried laughing but it came out as more of a scoff towards himself. He sounded really stupid and he hated it.

Wren blushed as she took the rose from him, standing a bit taller so she could kiss him on the cheek. “Thank you Keaton…” She murmured before she gestured for him to come in as she walked into the kitchen, grabbing a vase and filling it with some water before she placed the rose in it. “Its beautiful…”

"It's not too over-the-top? I'm really bad at this. Honestly, I've got no clue what I'm even doing." He followed her inside, sitting down and watching her move around the kitchen. He was surprised she even liked talking to him. She was far too good for him.
