Hey guys, it has been a while since I posted something here, but this is a new mix I made today! I hope you enjoy it!
Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that I put the tracklist in the description!
Also, this is apparently my 100th post on Tumblr, which is nice.
So, this is the first official mix I ever made, besides some performances at local events. It’s mostly Electro and Progressive House, with a Big Room finish. And who knows, if I get some good feedback on this mix, I might do another one!
I’ll put a full tracklist in the description soon, for those who might be interested!
A new track by rising Revealed star Dannic. It’s a bit more underground than his usual style, but I’m sure it will be nice during peak hours at clubs around the globe!
That moment when a Remix is better than the original... Just great!
Exclusiveness overload!!!
Destroy them with lazers!!
Milo & Otis posted their set earlier today, and I have to say, it’s really really really worthwhile listening! Just, get your bass-proof headphones (or earplugs) out, put the volume up to a socially acceptable level (or just be a rebel and put it up to max) and especially don’t sit back and relax, but get your ass up and rave!
Skrillex killed the crowd with pure filth during his closing set, that’s for sure!
He should have killed Justin Bieber too, when he was at it...
Oliver Heldens!!! Super dope set!
I said I was going to post Blasterjaxx’ set, but somehow I forgot... Oh well, here it is anyway!
Wow, lots of energy in Dash Berlin’s set, and that in the middle of pouring rain!
Time for some Knife Party brutality!
And here is Martin Garrix’ set at the Ultra Miami Mainstage. Lots of powerful new music, although I’m missing some of the Big Room bangers I’m used to from Martin. I also think that some of his new tracks are very radio oriented, put that’s just an oppinion, I guess.
Fedde Le Grand’s at the Ultra Music Festival Mainstage in Miami!
Galantis’ Live set at Ultra Music Festival Miami, thought you might enjoy it. I found a lot more sets, I’m going to post them in the course of today and tomorrow.
Things I’ve noticed in Mr. Aoki’s set: Firstly: Matthew Koma’s voice sounds better with his usual AutoTune. But besides the crappy live vocals, Steve’s new upcoming track sounds pretty powerful to me. Secondly: Headhunterz hasn’t been able to get a hold of the way one should act during a House performance yet, he acts kind of weird. Also note the hipster bun currently residing on Mr. Heady’s head (pardon the pun). But Once Again (oops, did it again), the new Deep House inspired collab between him and Steve sounds pretty sweet. Thirdly: Some people get way too hyped when they’re about the get cake-faced. What do you put in the cakes, Steve?! Fourthly: What do you do when you haven’t got the opportunity to play at the Ultra Miami Mainstage yet and you’re coincidentally called Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike? You just make a surprise appearance as 3 Are Legend during Steve Aoki’s set, ofcourse! Now they’re even for letting Steve perform at the Antwerp Sportpaleis during the Bringing The World The Madness Worldtour Kick-Off in Antwerp. Fifthly: I haven’t got the faintest clue who Moxie is, but what I do know is that she sounds quite a bit better live than Matthew Koma. Sixthly: That Remix for Afroki, though... Seventhly: Where you able to hear that last vocalist (Walk Off The Earth, I think)? Because I didn’t.
Overall, it’s a pretty nice set, lot’s of new music from Steve. And damn, Steve has got some real accuracy when it comes to throwing cakes.
P.S.: If you don’t care about what I wrote, then you probably shouldn’t read it. Now that’s what I call some solid advise.
