This is the cake that I made for one of my niece birthday on July 29th. It's a strawberry cake if you wonder 😀 I made the flowers out of marzipan and the rest of the decoration was of strawberries (duh) roasted almonds and strawberry sauce ! It was enjoyed all the way so... here it is ! Fr: Laissez moi vous présenter... le gâteau d'anniversaire d'une de mes nièces ! Une mousse fraise 😀 Les fleurs sont en pâte d'amande, et le reste de la décoration a été faite avec des fraises (duh) des amandes effilées torréfiées et du coulis de fraise maison !
