everyone has those days where they just do NOT feel very doll, and don't worry its normal. i get those days too.. here's what i like to do to make those feelings go QUICK...💬🎀

❤︎ have an everything shower

double cleansing face and body, exfoliating, shaving, the whole nine yards. i instantly feel 10x prettier after having an everything shower and its literally a reset button.

❤︎ shopping is the cure for everything

specifically for something beauty related. i keep a monthly wishlist so when im feeling down in the dumps i buy a makeup item thats been on my wishlist. like the other day i bought a lip tint.

❤︎ self concept saturating

i love working on my self concept. i put on my crown, a self concept subliminal and just go to town rampaging about myself. it always makes me feel better and when its about looks specifically it's even better.

❤︎ doll up and take pics

doing ur makeup even when ur not going out is literally a lost art. i love learning new makeup techniques on youtube and just playing around with my face so i can take cute pics.

❤︎ dancing

dancing is SO MUCH FUN and it makes me feel so hot. sometimes i dance in front of my mirror and just like watch myself and i know it sounds strange but it literally cures the luteal uglies. specifically dance to r&b to feel like a video vixen princess.
