Is Grant using people’s scans to just keep running and testing the circus? And, is the Kinger inside the same as Grant, just with different circumstances that motivate them?

He’s trying to figure out how to completely transfer his mind into a computer, as he’s interested in the potential of creating a virtual reality where he has absolute control over everything.

But so far, the headset only creates a digital copy of a person. He hopes that, with the help of someone living inside a computer, he can make it work… eventually.

He simply needs more test subjects.

And yes, Kinger is Grant’s original brain scan… but life has turned them into very different people.

I’ve been tweaking their designs a bit, and I can say I’m fully satisfied with Caine, Moon and Sun. Not so much with Bubble, but I’m getting there.

In the first row: canon Caine for comparison purposes (and how he appears in flashbacks), how Bubble would look "separated" from Caine, and Moon and Sun with bodies (as they appear in the AU).

In the second row: a what if scenario. This is how Caine and Bubble would look if their cores had fused properly and were in complete agreement.

And in the last row: how they appear in The Escapee AU. Their cores aren’t fully fused, but they’re still able to influence each other: Bubble can briefly control Caine if so he wishes, and Caine gave Bubble the compulsion to create adventures and "earn" the data he seeks.

If they could just agree on one small, insignificant thing, they would be in complete sync.

Anyway, as you can see, I ditched Bubble’s stripes for dots and circles. I hope it gives him more clown vibes. Pennywise’s vibes. Because he can make those dots and circles resemble abstracted eyes. :)

I swear, my interests can be all over the place. Some months, I only want to draw Dragon Ball OCs. The next, personal project stuff. After, Wings of Fire! Then it repeats again with different or repeat interests.

I begin to wonder if there is a reason 🤔

Anyway, I will post a Wings of Fire piece soon. I am trying to get the style down and I have been trying for a while.
