Heya, Mod Thio ( @thiocarbonate ) back here again, decided to make a little askblog for my Ferryman/woman/they oc :D

Some info:

Kelp uses any and all pronouns, but has a strong preference to she/her

She speaks with a heavy slavic accent, but can otherwise speak most languages functionally enough to work with most husks

She lived around WWII time and died during the red scare

While she was alive, Kelp was an electrical engineer that primarily worked in naval technologies. She uses that knowledge to maintain and improve upon her ship (Zostera)

This blog is shared by Kelp and her streetcleaner "daughter," Laika

Rules:

[*They turn one final corner leading into a little room with the trademark red elevator]

[*Laika freezes just before, dragging V and Eden into a room adjacent and just barely out of view of the angels]

[*She scans the area, running a few calculations]

[I can burn a way through, but both of you need to stay close. Also,]

[*She rummages through her bag and holds out a hot pink skull]

[One of you need to open the elevator. Any ferryman's skull works as a key]

[*She peeks out around the corner, ready to bolt again]

I can use the winch of the wiplash to open the door while we’re still trying to get through the area, doors tend to open really slow when they haven’t been used for a while

Staying close shouldn’t be an issue as long as the angels stay away, I can fend them off. Angelic weapons tend to pack more of a punch

[*It's a pretty short fall down, leading directly down to the Ferry]

[*It's storming as usual, but a bit less so at the moment]

*She instantly charges at the nearest angel at full force with her spear, the angel being caught off guard by being attacked by seemingly another angel shrieks in terror and tries to fly away, only to be caught and tossed into the ocean Styx*

*she runs off to find more angels, either tossing them into the ocean or incapacitating them*

[*A stream of rockets fly down from above, completely annihilating some unfortunate angel]

[*Laika drops down from who knows where next to Eden, blasting a wide arc of fire around them]

[*There's fighting all across the deck, machines and husks alike working together to defeat the angels]

[*One of the angels gets completely caught off guard by a little horde of filth, immediately getting dogpiled underneath them]

[*Another round of lightning crashes down against the deck with a deafening boom, temporarily blinding everyone on board]

[*It doesn't seem to affect any of the machines or husks, likely due to having homeground advantage]

[*Kelp slams her oar against one of the angels' face, slicing it against their torso and creating deep gashes before knocking them to the ground and holding the sharpened tip millimeters away from their throat]
