Stop motion conclusion Our stop motion animation was called A Snail of a Tail. It was created by Tara Dani and I. As a team i thought we worked together very well. We tried to evenly share the work load throughout the assignment so no one person was doing more work than the other, We all helped to created the set and characters. Tara painted the set and Dani and I assembled the set, also making little highlights such as the clouds and the trees etc. As a team we worked well together. All of our tasks were shared between us evenly. We all created the set and characters together. The set was very detailed so it took us quite a while to create, we were trying to create a handmade feel to the set also. After the set was made We took test shots to check the lighting and focus, Dani did this because she was in charge of the camera. As Dani took the photos Tara and I were in charge of moving the characters and the animation of the set. Once the photos were all taken we had to import all the images to the computer. Our first idea for our animation was to have a “silent movie" styled animation so we put all the photos into Photoshop and turned them into black and white. Once we had done this we decided it didn’t look as good in black and white as it did in colour, because you couldn’t see the details in the set or the characters as well. Once we decided this we started thinking about what music we would like to use to set the mood for each scene. When we were putting our animation together in Adobe Professional we took turns in editing the animation. animation. Dani mainly took charge of the editing stage because Tara and I weren’t as confident with the computer, but she showed us how to do it and helped us a lot. When we were finished I was really pleasantly surprised with how well our animation turned out, and was really happy with the group work we did
