"BRO! I heard that you're gonna be starting your Pro work soon. I just got an offer to work under Crust, actually- Y'know, the guy who's like 6th in the top hero roster?"

“Yeeah I’m excited, but whoa, Crust?? Are ya gonna take it??”

“You trying to brag about how much older you are huh?” He tries to give a look of disapproval, but it just comes out looking like a pout. At the confirmation he can make paper airplanes, Kouta started digging out some blank sheets of paper to set on his work station. “Good, cuz I can’t make them but I want to. Every time I try, I just end up wrecking them.”

He immediately stiffened and came to attention when Kirishima was waving around his drawing. “H-hey, don’t just wave that around idiot-!!” he yelps, standing on his seat so he could effectively snatch the drawing back. He clutches it defensively before putting it back where it was supposed to be. “If you wanna see my drawings then I’ll show you them, don’t just go digging through them any way you want,” he huffs, however his flushed cheeks gave away just how embarrassed he was.

“No no, I was just remembering when I was here.” He rubbed the back of his neck. “My bad, dude. Haha. But hey. You really like Midoriya, huh? Is he your hero?” He chuckled as he plopped down on the little seat before looking at the other boy. “Jokes aside, though, I’d love to see more of your art. HEY. Have you drawn me??”

When he poked her, her whole body rippled, like poking your finger in a still pool. She rippled again with laughter in response. “That tickles!” Her tiny hands were placed on his finger. “Thats what I am! Water!”

As if to demonstrate, Aquanna jumped and, when she landed, seemed to splatter like a raindrop hitting the ground. However, she instantly re-formed, and held her arms out. “Ta-daa!!”

“Honestly, that’s pretty neat. But like...do you evaporate?? If there was maybe something really hot near you? Or maybe if you were in the really hot weather??”

She had to admit she was bored, her schedule was clear for once and she had no idea what to do. So she let out a short puff of smoke, and was just about manipulate it until she decided, when someone was talking to her. “Huh?” She blinked a few times before she realized what they was talking about. “Oh no, sorry I’m not smoking it’s just my quirk,” she explained.

“OH. My bad! I just wanted to make sure you didn’t get in trouble.” He waved his hand back and forth in apology.

A late night run was exactly what he needed after his long day locked in the classroom for independent studies. It was quiet and cooler. With the summer heat, the days have been exhausting, so it was nice during the night. Of course, he had to make sure he wasn’t breaking some rule for the school curfew. 

But as he headed down the path, he noticed his classmate wandering the area. Ashido Mina was the girl. He rose a brow as his eyes followed her through his light jog.

“Ashido?..What are you doing out here? Somethin’ up?” He huffed and exhale lightly as he slowed to a stop next to her. It didn’t seem like her to be out and alone, so he couldn’t help but feel some concern.

Now that was a question he needed to contemplate. His blades did grow as he got older, but growing back? Would they? Or would one break then he’d be left with just one? Questions like that did need answers. But he really didn’t want to break his blades just for that purpose.

“I honestly have no idea whether they would or not. I hope they do…”

“Ohh..Well I sure hope they do, but maybe not? Thinking about it, maybe they’re like uh..bull horns? I don’t think those grow back, do they? Or Horns in general?..”

“Oh! You don’t have to do that, man! I’m okay! It was just a scratch..” He waved his hand away. But it seemed the other insisted on helping. “Ah..well, thanks. I’m really okay though..but I appreciate the thought. You’re a good guy, uh..what’s your name? I dunno if I ever asked..actually.”

i am a slow roleplayer. not only do i get distracted easily, i get overwhelmed easily. sometimes i can’t talk and do drafts at the same time so i am sorry if i ignore your message. i am deliberate and methodical with every word choice. i like to spend my time on my writing and getting to that emotional level within myself to evoke a proper response with each reply. i’m not good at whipping out thread after thread. i never have been. i’m sorry if that’s the way you roleplay and i don’t match up, but i like to think the quality of the writing makes up for my lack of speed. thank you so much!

“Wouldn’t that be no different from..wanting the highest paying job? Or do you mean what’s the job that would make me happy? I guess...if hero wasn’t an option, I think being an mma fighter seems pretty cool.”
