Nah, the whole nerd shit was good years ago. Now people make it look cool. And even def sexy at times. But, having to deal with contacts and glasses in the first place must be a fucking pain. 

It is a pain! But like, getting surgery is an even bigger pain and too much of a hassle. Nobody wants to deal with that. But sexy, huh?

I wear glasses sometimes, but mostly to read and usually after a very long day. Nowadays being nerdy can be a good thing – look at you getting free Starbucks because of it. It has its advantages. 

I should always get free Starbucks though. Not sure what other advantages there are. Care to enlighten me??

When you forget to refill your contacts and they won’t be here until next week. I’m stuck looking like some book nerd and it’s ridiculous. On the plus side, I still look cute and got free Starbucks today.

Costco is selling a 5-tier wedding cake made of cheese and although I’m obviously not waiting for anyone down the aisle – I’m more than willing to pretend that’s the case just to give it a try. It’s a cheese lover’s dream. The bottom layer is 8 pounds of Red Leicester, followed by 7 pounds of Danish Blue, 5 pounds of Murcia al Vino, 3 pounds of Tuscan Sheep’s Cheese and topped with just over a pound of Triple Cream Brie. This is going to be a good time. Invites for the big event will be sent shortly~

You were totally hot but now I’m questioning your life choices. Who can eat that much cheese and why would you?

If I hadn’t been convinced before that this internship was def the right call, then today totes confirmed it. Not for the hands on experience, not for the nice clients or the classes – nah, simply for the peeps who embarrass themselves right in front of my eyes. This girl was squatting and she literally peed herself in the middle of the room. Like talk about being entertained. I’m gonna miss that in a few months. 

Is your internship up in a few months?

You know once people have consumed too much alcohol, ridiculous things tend to happen. You’d think nothing could actually surprise me anymore, but I was proven wrong last night right before the last call. This guy was trying to pick up a woman and I could tell she was just rambling on about her dreams and hopes; things he didn’t seem to care about based on his facial expression. All of a sudden I saw him go from tan/bronze to pale white as he proceeded to projectile vomit his entire night’s worth of drinking directly onto her face. A night no one is going to forget anytime soon.

Well, I’ve decided I wanted to be a pediatrician – though, I won’t be able to choose where I’ll do my residency. Once those three years are done though, I can go wherever I want. But, there’s no other way. 

I thought you could like, apply to places to do residencies?

Private; What do I say about jealously? It causes wrinkles and it's just not cute and I'm the cutest.~ Where did that Peabody go by the way? I noticed it smelled less like rotten garbage around the place this weekend.

Private;; He did not smell like rotten garbage and he has a name. I helped him get a studio apartment though. I’ll probably be staying there the rest of this week. So, you and whatever, conquest you bring home can have the place to yourselves.

NOLA, I wish I could say you were missed – though I think I got way too used to California to actually mean any of it. Going back to classes and life in general after such a long break will probably be quite a feat for a little while. So many things to do and think about. Especially since my future is literally in the hands of other people right now and I won’t be able to know where it will lead me until March. I’m accepting any kind of positive vibes sent my way. 

 Shame your future is in the hands of someone else though. Aren’t you supposed to be in charge of your own future?
