Most people who lie about grandeur would have either made up an excuse here or give up the act, not Tailgate tho, 100% dedication no hesitation no breaks, he even offers to deactivate it himself he isn’t even asked to do it.

I feel like people don’t understand how wild Tailgate can be when put in a high stress situation, dude’s fight or flight response activates on the spot and “flee” is overrun with “someone will die and that may include me”.
