Day 2 Lunch! Power Bowls are delish. I substituted my chicken for a small amount of corn beef and a boiled egg. Carrots were a weird choice because of how sweet they are, so be warned. But I did most of my workout, just have some cardio left for later when my head stops hurting. I've been following it all pretty well so far! Keep it coming!
