Mm… Where could they go? Juvia hadn’t a single idea! But then… But then! She had an idea. It was by no means original, it was something she had read a few times in her cheesy romance novels. But maybe, maybe Lucy’d like it?

“I don’t have much of a preference, as long as it’s with you.” Yep, starting off gay, as predicted. “But perhaps we could just… Go to the train station and hop on the first one we see? Wherever we end up, we stay with each other.” Lucy couldn’t sleep either? Oh dear girl… Nuzzling into Lucy’s hair, Juvia paused, giving her girlfriend a soft squeeze.

“Juvia couldn’t sleep, worry not. Perhaps staying together like this may help us in that endeavor.”

Lucy hummed at the idea, smiling. It was spontaneous and something could do... just them. Which was exactly what she wanted; time for just both of them, together, spending time together.

“That sounds perfect.” Lucy sighed, cuddling closer. “Just first train out of here... We could end up anywhere and just stay for a week. Just the two of us, not having to worry about jobs or our friends...” That sounded bad, but right now, she just wanted time with her girlfriend.

“I hope so.” She smiled. “But for now... How was your day?”

Lucy let out a breath she didn’t realize she was holding when Juvia cuddled closer. It felt like forever since they had time just to themselves; sure, they’d eaten lunches together or hung out, but it was always in a group lately. Between that and Natsu dragging her off on a new job every other day it seemed, Lucy had severely missed her girlfriend.

“That sounds amazing. Just us for a bit... Where would you want to go, my dear?” She sighed, her arms wrapped around Juvia. “I hope I didn’t wake you up. I couldn’t sleep.”
