How To Stay Productive & Organized ?
Productivity is about proficiency in accomplishing more, quicker, and with less. Furthermore, with expanding requests from the present whenever anyplace work environment, it has never been more important. To benefit from your day, you want to zero in on three portions of your life: time, space, and outlook.
Start The Day With Organized 'Personal Time':
Go through email and web-based media refreshes that have stacked up for the time being and emergency the accumulation. Take out speedy reactions and references, so others can begin chipping away at tasks. Plan the greater tasks. Also, erase the stuff that is enlightening or not essential.
Use The Drive Time To Finish Coordination Tasks:
It's insane not to utilize drive time to winnow out time-escalated tasks. During my regular drive, I do a gathering of my outside experts, getting a report on open projects and seeing whether they need help. When I show up at the workplace, I have a precise image of my projects' status.
Lessen All Gathering Times By 25%:
You will get a similar measure of work done, on the grounds that such a lot of time is squandered managing telephone call arrangement and futile talk. (See this clever video for a showing.) If you cut one five-man meeting each day from one hour down to 45 minutes, you will restore 25 hours per month of work time. That is around 300 hours every year, very nearly two months of work!
Plan Customary Breaks During The Day:
Running from consecutive gatherings is not productive, in light of the fact that you get worn out and lose center. Close off time in your schedule and enjoy reprieves. Making these breaks a normal expands consistency, making a customary timetable to keep your brain organized. In the event that you can bear the cost of it, take a 10-to 20-minute power rest after lunch, as well.
Work 'Offsite' When It Seems OK:
Whenever you really want to compose an archive or examination a subject, the shortfall of office interferences will improve focus. A few organizations are observing that allowing representatives to telecommute enjoys different benefits, including diminished drive time, more limited lunchtimes, and fewer days off. Perceive how you can apply archived methodologies from Chinese travel site Trip, the AIIM, and WordPress to your own workplace.
Solidify The Number Of Spots You Really Want To Go For Data:
There are such many applications to explore email, microblogging apparatuses like Yammer, visit instruments like Lync, online media utilities like Twitter and LinkedIn, and functional frameworks like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Cause notifications from every application to show up in one spot.
Switch Off Popup Notifications On Cell Phones And On The Work Area:
Try not to allow applications to intrude on your fixation with irritating popup messages. Stop them. Presently. Also, limit browsing your email to set times during the day. You will love it.
Chat, Don't Email:
Get the telephone or stroll a few doors down and talk straightforwardly to partners. For geographically distant people, use talk. You can provide exact guidance and clear up misconceptions rapidly. How much time squandered sustaining interminable email strings is marvelous—- and the futile slip-ups created.
Space:
Space alludes to your current circumstance, in your office area, as well with respect to your virtual space. Workspace may not be the last wilderness, yet it is an important component for expanding work productivity. The following are a couple, of space-related tips:
Mentality:
This will decrease the feeling of over-burden and the procrastination related to taking on challenging tasks. One pragmatic method for doing this is to take on Agile procedures for dealing with your work tasks. Brought into the world in the product improvement world, Agile's large commitment to task administration is separating challenging tasks into short runs. Having an answer close by all through the process diminishes the tension of handling challenging tasks.
Time:
People are notoriously helpless multitaskers, so dealing with your time is basic to improving productivity. The greatest time suck is startling (and typically unimportant) tasks. We as a whole realize that desire to peruse the email that just came in, or to look at the furthest down the line notification to spring up, a tendency therapist Daniel Levi tan, the creator of The organized Mind, calls the curiosity predisposition. This inadvertent task-changing eats around additional time than you may suspect. College of California data researcher Gloria Mark observed that it takes a normal of 26 minutes to recuperate from trifling interferences.

The importance of self learning and how to encourage it?
Many students struggle to score well at school, despite working hard and having supportive parents. One reason could be that they are not absorbing what is taught efficiently. Research has shown that textbook-based delivery methods are not fully effective in improving learning outcomes. This is because students are not active participants in the learning process. This is where self-learning comes into play and helps improve not just academic performance, but also boosts confidence and motivation.
As the name suggests, self-learning is when students manage their own learning outside the school, without being supervised by a teacher. They have total control over what, when and how they want to learn. Clubbed with traditional classroom teaching, it helps students retain information efficiently, and apply their knowledge to diverse spheres.
Benefits of Self-learning:
Learn at own space:
Every student has a different learning speed. In a traditional classroom, individual needs are not met and students struggle to keep up with the teacher. But, through self-learning, students can explore concepts and topics based on their individual learning speeds.
Motivated and empowered:
Research has shown that self-learning students are more motivated and active participants, and seem to enjoy the learning process. They feel empowered as they are in control.
Foundation for lifelong learning:
Since students engage actively with the content, they can critically analyze the topic and draw connections between different concepts and their applications. Over time, they become constant learners.
Strengthen problem-solving skills:
As independent learners and thinkers, students rely on their own research and problem-solving skills to find solutions to questions, solve doubts, and understand concepts.
Time-management skills:
When studying on their own, students learn to plan ahead and prioritize tasks to achieve the best possible outcomes.
How to encourage Self-learning:
Parents:
Create the right environment: Allocate a private study area free from noise and distraction that has a comfortable desk, chair, PC and stationary.
Access to resources: Make sure the student has a list of resources (books, websites, apps, videos) that he/she may find helpful. During self-study sessions. Subscribe to apps and websites that offer doubt-solving services so that clarifications are available when required.
Regular talks: Discuss preparation, challenges, ambitions and plans. Encourage him/her to try different activities and techniques to enrich the learning experience.
Teachers
Supportive structure: One way is to assign reading material and questions to students to learn on their own outside school, and use the class time to discuss the findings.
Memorization techniques/tips: Explain concepts like mind maps, flow charts, mnemonics and so on for students to learn difficult concepts and tailor their learning.
Self-monitoring: Help students keep track of their progress and take feedback from peers. This will help them know what is working and how much they are achieving.
Schools:
Digital infrastructure: Offer online platforms where students can practice tests, generate their own progress reports, create customized timetables to plan their study schedules, and so on.
Teacher training: Innovative methods like blended learning and flipped classrooms can be highlighted to encourage students to learn independently. Classroom time can be dedicated to productive discussions, doubt solving and individual attention.
Structure curriculum: Divide lesson plans into parts that can be self-learn and those that need guided learning. This will integrate self-learning into the school curriculum.

Advices for Living with Depression
We all have our ups and downs in life, but for some people there is something more. People that suffer from serious depression find their lives a struggle every day. How can we help? They are not finding it easy to get out of bed in the morning, they feel worthless and struggle to see a bright future. You may think they need to pull themselves together, but in reality this condition needs a different approach to treatment.
So these are some Advices for Living with Depression:
Do not try to defeat depression on your own. Talk to people, tell them how you feel, cry, and admit that you are struggling.
Do not see this as a permanent thing. Most people with depression recover with proper treatment.
Try to distract yourself with activities that do not require a lot of concentration, such as listening to the radio, watching television, playing mindless games, or reading.
Try to eat a healthy diet, and eat on a regular basis.
Do not drink a lot of alcohol, even though it can be tempting to those with depression. Though the immediate effect of alcohol helps to relieve the symptoms, in the long run, alcohol use can make depression worse.
Do not make any major life decisions when suffering from a bout of depression. For instance, when depressed, it might seem like a good idea to quit your job, break up a relationship or make a large purchase, but this isn't always the case.
Contact your GP immediately if you believe that your depression is getting worse, or if you have thoughts of suicide.
Don't be afraid to take some time off for a couple of days to take a short holiday or simply time to yourself. However, spending too much time away can be detrimental.
Communicate with your doctor if you believe your depression is caused by a catalyst, such as abuse, a physical ailment, drug use, or other psychological difficulties.
Remember, a one-off episode of dealing with depression is extremely common, and most people have two to four episodes of depression during their lifetime. However, if depression is persistent, it is best to speak to a GP, who can give information about treatment options.
Generating Habits by the Thought
The result of the research is that active locusts that jump leaps High to move from one place to another, he lost hope after several attempts and programmed with a new habit that made him not try to jump again to save himself This is because of the repetition and accumulation of events and results that he was getting, which caused him to not try after removing the cover!!!
At the end of the research, the researchers added that a person has the same habits, which is repeating the behavior more than once and linking his feelings with it. What happened to him, but he does not do anything to make a positive change in his life, but continues to repeat himself and in the same way, and the complaint becomes a part of his habits.
For example, if we take the smoking habit that we see widely spread throughout the world, knowing that every smoker knows perfectly that it is one of the most common habits. Sexually and materially and make it negatively impact others and cause them diseases, yet people continue to smoke!!!
Because it has become a habit Stored deep in his subconscious mind and associated with happiness, comfort and escape from problems. There are many people who try to stay away from this The dangerous habit, he abstains for a while, then when facing any challenge he returns to smoking again because it is the habit that he escapes to feel comfortable!!! It has become a habit, and if he tries to stay away from it, he finds internal resistance from his previous thinking and programming, which he himself created
We find millions of people trying to lose weight from excess fat and fats in their body, which medical research has proven to cause Countless diseases, especially heart diseases, and they participate in weight loss programs and continue for a while and then return to their old habits as they were.
And we can measure according to this all the habits that a person is programmed by, and programmed himself with, until it becomes strong that he cannot express, and this makes us think :
What is the habit? What is it?
And how does it become a force that some people find very difficult to change?
Habit is an idea a person has in his mind And he linked his feelings to it and repeated it more than once until the brain thought that it was part of his actions In order to form habits, a person goes through six basic stages:
1—Thinking: At this stage, the person thinks about something and focuses his attention on it, and this may be because of his curiosity or its importance to him.
2- Registration: As soon as a person thinks about something, the brain records it and opens for him a file of the same type of thought and links it to all the other files that are of the same type. And registration is the simple stage that a person can get away from and close the file if he wants to.
3- Repetition: At this stage the person decides to repeat the same behavior with the same feelings and smokes again or drinks alcohol again or watches—TV for long hours without a specific goal, or eating while not hungry, or anything, whether positive or negative,
4- Storage: Because of the repetition of the recording, the idea becomes stronger, so the mind stores it deeply in its files and places it in front of you whenever you encounter a situation of the same kind.
5- Repetition: At this stage, the person repeats the behavior that is stored deeply in the subconscious mind, and this may happen consciously or unconsciously, meaning that he may realize that he is The behavior or that he uses it automatically without conscious awareness of it and the more he repeats the storage, the stronger and deeper he becomes.
6- Habits: Because of the constant repetition and passing through the previous steps, the human mind believes that this habit is an important part of a person’s behavior and treats it like Breathing, eating, drinking and any other strong habit, and here a person will not be able to change it just by thinking about change, by force of will, or by the world. Thus, he goes through the same steps that Lexi's negative habit has replaced with a positive habit.
For example, if a smoker wants to quit smoking, he must know why he smokes, what are the times when he feels that he wants to smoke, what They are the places where he feels that he wants to smoke, what is the person or people who remind him of smoking … etc.
Because of smoking and sees himself In his mind while he is in the most difficult situations, but he does not smoke and continues to program himself without resisting smoking He wants to smoke, so let him smoke, but he must realize what he is doing, so the decision becomes conscious, so he gives it right again and looks at it and knows exactly what it is causing him And if he decides to continue smoking, he feels it entering his mouth, throat, and chest, spreading and causing him all diseases, just as it is forbidden.
