It's kinda crazy sometimes to realize how far I've come

Am I coming to that age? The one where I'm slowly losing people around me?
I thought that was supposed to be at the earliest my 40s and maybe at the latest, my 80s. But it seems like that's all been expedited to my 20s.
I've lost two loved ones this week and I don't know how to cope. The first being someone I met in the past year and the other someone I've known for at least 9 years.
It feels like right after I'm done mourning one wave of sadness I barely have any space to prepare for the next. I can't do anything. I was finally getting a little better, but it feels like I've been pushed back even further.
Depression keeps taking everyone I know away. I'm so scared it'll continue to do that. I don't know how many more of these passings I can take. I don't know how many more until I break. Was I doomed from the start? Or are we as a generation and a society just not doing enough to support mental health issues? Am I not doing enough to support my own loved ones?
