For anyone who is wondering, these are my gender headcanons for them. (ALL MY OPINION!)

They are all male and go by he/they, (idk I just see them as a group of guys like Alan said) except Mitsi and Purple's mom/Orchid are female and go by she/they. They are all unlabeled and just do their own shi cuz I aint diving into each of their sexualities✌️

The mercenaries are all male and go by he/him except Primal is a female and goes by she/they. Victim is male and goes by he/they

I don't have any definite ships, I am a multishipper, but my main ones are polysticks and chodark. (In my headcanon they are all adults.)

Not sharing my full list of headcanons because I'm always adding and it's a lot (and I don't have many headcanons cause I'm never in the mood to examine them individually)

All my ocs (except Skiye) are adults. The Third Charm, Absolute Zero, The Etiolated Coalition, and Boscage are all male and go by he/they. Skiye is non-binary and goes by they/he.

The main pairings with my ships are Third Charm and Boscage, Zero and Coalition. They aren't permanent since they're my ocs and I can put together who I want (we got some high key poly up in this fandom)(Skiye is not included.) I have more ocs but eh idk lmk if yall would wanna see em.
