hi, no animosity towards the rpt that posted this. i’m going to address this anon, and anyone that thinks the same as this anon...

i was going to write a whole essay because this didn’t sit right with me... the only thing i’m going to say is: do only thin people get to be mean people? your little cindy kimberlys, chantel jeffries, ashley moores, ariana grande, etc? are they allowed to be considered a “bitch” or “mean girls” and get away with it? if you’re so passionate about plus sized people in the rpc why is it a bad thing? normalize plus sized being played, and not being played in one way. because the character is thicker they have to be so nice to people? it’s a rp, get the fuck out your head and if you’re bothered by a character so much fucking mute them. what i’m not going to let happen is a person being shamed for playing a plus sized face for not meeting your standards on how to play them. if you want a nice plus sized persona in the rpc? sign up with one bitch. thank you. by the way i don’t play them but i am in roswell and it just didn’t sit right with me.

to be blunt? the rpc needs more diversity with their faceclaims, period. i barely see anyone going out of their comfort zone to play latina, middle eastern, black, and south asian female faces. i’m tired of seeing millie hannah and sahar luna, i know you are too. so that’s why i’m here to help.

a black only rp will just have white and none black muns using black fcs with excessive amounts of aave and stereotypes i know u want more representation but idk how u couldn’t see the problems with a black only rp like didn’t we have this conversation a while ago let it go

i’ve been successful urban rps and that’s why i’m speaking on them in a positive way. i do acknowledge that a better word i should use is urban considering that’s a broader term of what i want. i want a rp dedicated to darker fcs. however, if you let the conversation go people don’t learn or they “forget” the point. yes it’s annoying to have a repetitive talk every other three months but it shines light on things that people are uncomfortable with.

if u barely see any black fcs on the taken list what makes u think an entire rp will thrive with just them? the anti blackness in the rpc is real so let’s blame the people that don’t use these brown and black fcs in rps.

i’ve based my thoughts off my past the better word for the type of rp i’m talking about is “urban”. i’ve been in successful urban rps that didn’t have ooc drama whatsoever. so a part of that misses that yes. and i do blame people that venture outside their comfort of their “aesthetics”. i’m on mobile currently but for the people that claim that they don’t know many blogs dedicated in giving you alts for white fcs and i kinda have a few older ones.

but i mean how many indian fcs do you see on taken lists? how many dark skinned latine fcs? there's maybe one or two fcs of either of those that people even use at all. i'm not trying to sound rude but that approach is really dismissive of the lack of representation of other races, they're just as ignored as black fcs and it's an equally big problem

i fully apologize for not addressing other groups full on but i meant brown/black fcs altogether i just failed to say it and that’s my apologizes.
