A photo or two a day keeps the home away from home sickness away

For trees with long branches, for beaches and oceans, for the view from the top, for breathtaking sunsets, for good friends and good wine, for jumping off perfectly good and safe bridges, for swimming with Nemo and Crush, for steep sand dunes and boogie boards, for giant giraffes and goofy girlfriends, for mountains and fresh air- I am thankful.

Feels good to be back. And to eat good pizza. And to use my own shower and favorite shampoo. And to hug my Parents and sister while crying through a huge smile in the airport as everyone watches. I am so happy and so blessed. Thanks for following me on this journey. Look forward to tons of pictures, posts and a few videos still to come!

Packed up the last 5 months of my life in 2 suitcases, a duffle and a backpack

Drew and I have a final goodbye lunch at the Skytower 360 restuarant in an hour and I'm sitting in my bare, empty room feeling nostalgic and bittersweet. It's been the best 5 months. I'm so grateful to have made such amazing friends and now to have a new place to call home. Between NZ and Aus, I have fallen in love with the Southern Hemisphere.

What an incredible way to end the most amazing experience of my life so far

The South Island of New Zealand is almost unbelievable it's so perfect. It only gives me more motivation to work hard so I can come back to this magical place. 

Lots of blogs and pictures and videos to come documenting all of our shenanigans down south! 

This has, without a doubt, been the most life changing 5 months. I am beyond blessed.
