I guess I'm making a pinned post!

I'm Anna, I live in the Seattle area, I'm queer, in a monogamous relationship with @knight-lautrec, and I'm in my late 20s. I use she/her pronouns.

I almost never post NSFW and when I do, I always tag it. I try and tag things properly, but if I've left something out, please let me know!

Polly is the shorthaired tuxedo girl, Rob is the longhaired tuxedo boy. I didn't mean to get two tuxedo cats, I wanted an orange kitten and a calico or tortie but life brought these two to me. Polly was born July 16th, 2012. Rob was born May 15th, 2010. They both came from the same local non-profit rescue!

I've also worked within and volunteered within the world of cat behavior, fostering, rescue, etc for many years. I'm not an expert at all, I just have experience, and while I'm happy to share my personal experiences and the information I've picked up over the years, they are purely personal and anecdotal, and anything I say about cats in general should always be taken with a grain of salt. I just really love cats!

This whole post is wonderful, but I think a lot of people don’t realise just how rare bilateral gynandromorphs are. Research has shown that only approximately 1 in 6,000 butterflies is a bilateral gynandromorph! So thanks so much @oddity-txt for sharing this wonderful being with us!
