In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.
Albert Camus (b. 7 November 1913)
I get way too sensitive when I get attached to someone. I can detect the slightest change in the tone of their voice, and suddenly I’m spending all day trying to figure out what I did wrong.

Wala akong masabi. Sabi nga nila narun out of words ako. Bakit kaya? Sa sobrang sakit? O sa sobrang pagkadismaya? Life in not fair. Tama nga naman. Masyado akong sensitive kaya ako nagkakaganito. Tapus ikaw napakainsensitive. Perfect match, dba? Paano ko ba explain na nasasaktan ako? Nadisappoint na? Ayoko masaktan ka dahil sobrang mahal kita kaya lang...
Kaya lang ano? Ano ba kinakakatakutan ko? Do we need a break? Or do we need each other pa? Hindi lahat narelationship perpekto natin. Pero....
Pero ano? Hindi kita kayang mawala. I love you ba sapat na? Siguro dahil tayo pa.
P.s. wala akong maisip na title kundi ung mga kinakain ko ngaun.
1) Switch off your phone. Log out of your social media. 2) Open your window, or the blinds. Let fresh air and sunlight into your room. 3) Eat something you like. It can be something you don’t treat yourself to often, or something healthy. Savour every bite. 4) Take a bath. Change into clean, comfortable clothes. 5) There’s always that one song, or album, or band. Listen to it. Close your eyes. Feel the music. 6) Read your favorite book, or a book you’ve been meaning to read. Take out some time, find a quiet corner, and read. 7) Take a walk. Focus on the steps you take, and your surroundings. 8) Go to the beach, or a park. Sit and relax. Look around you. Try to keep your mind blank. Just breathe. 9) Write. Write what you feel, or what you’re thinking of. Write down a good memory, or something that you haven’t told anyone. 10) Make a list of what makes you happy. Things you’d like to do in the future. Things you’ve done in the past and enjoyed. It can be anything that makes you happy.

Everything was strange and silent and she seemed to be hundreds of miles away from anyone, but somehow she did not feel lonely at all.

look: the right people will get it. the right people will see you and appreciate you for the person that you are. the right people won’t require you to dilute, censor, or edit yourself in order to be worthy of their time and affection. you don’t need to waste your time on people who are committed to misunderstanding you
