Find A Song about the inevitable release of somebody close in your life

Kieran O’Brien - Submerged

The protagonist in the song is somebody who is alone, lost, drifting, and sinking. He/she is not in control, yet they are very aware and wants to be reconnected and “returned to the surface” to be with the person they have lost. However I find the music on the track is not as ‘heavy’ as the lyrics, which I think helps to keep everything afloat. At least compared to my other track Ready To Go which turned out to be quite heavy both musically and lyrically.

Album to be released towards the end of summer.
