Following the grunt that escaped upon impact, Jaden didn’t even try to contain the laugh that bubbled up as he fell back onto the cool grass with said piglet on top of him. “Heh, take it ya missed me?”

By the second fake shutter noise though, Chazz found his hands balled together in fists at his side; a more than annoyed “Rrgh!” breaking his tension before he all but launched himself at the Slifer.

“Delete. Those. Now! Or I’ll delete you!!”

Hopefully Jaden was expecting the reaction, because if he wasn’t, he’d find arms snapped around his shoulders like a vice grip as Chazz attempted to wrestle the PDA out of the others’ hands. It was already embarrassing enough that he was standing here covered in sparkles. The last thing he needed was Jaden running loose in the school with photos as proof before he could get all of this off him, too!

To say Jaden was having fun with this probably would have been a fairly large understatement-no, the slifer was having an absolute ball with this. He’d never once thought ‘Chazz’ and ‘glitter’ were two things that would go together but in this case... well, this was just too perfect! And the fact that he actually managed to get pics made it even better... even if keeping that PDA out of reach of his fellow student might wind up being a little easier said than done.

Speaking of, if anyone thought for a moment that Jaden would be the least bit perturbed by that hold and Chazz’s clear agitation... well, it was safe to say they probably hadn’t known him long. Because even as he found himself trapped, holding his PDA at arm’s length to keep it just out of the other’s reach, it didn’t seem to put even the smallest damper of the Slifer's amusement

“No can do, Chazz-a-roo! I haven’t even sent them to Aoi yet and just imagine how heartbroken she’d be if she didn’t get to see this!”

      – “Just Geography?” Johan’s tone was teasing, laughter clear in his voice. The amount of time he spent at Duel Academy with Judai gave him enough to know he wasn’t the most studious kid on the island - but he sure was the smartest when it came to dueling and the only one Johan felt was his equal or more, at list in his personal opinion.

           “Freya loves new friends, she gets along with Ruby real well. When Ruby sleeps on her cat bed she just curls right up next to her. Freya’s always been able to see her, I’m not sure why.”

“Hey, didn’t say it was the only one I slept through, did I?" If you wanted to get technical, Judai was pretty sure he slept through half his classes - if not more, and to this day he wasn’t quite as sorry as he probably should have been. After all, he still didn’t see the point of a lot of those classes - especially not the ones that involved hour-long lectures.

“Heh, hopefully that means she and Pharoah will get along better than Ruby and Kuriboh. Wonder if that's an animal thing, though? I hear they can be more perceptive of those things, and I know Pharoah can see Kuriboh and-... Well, other spirits.”

     – “Sometimes people don’t expect Norway to be cold - I guess the whole ‘close to the Arctic’ fact doesn’t get tossed around too much. And it’s close to winter - you’re lucky we’re in Oslo, where we’ll get some daylight.” Johan had taken the luggage Judai had and placed it in the trunk of his car. 

          “My house is warmer, I promise. Gas fireplace and all. Oh and a fluffy cat, if you’re interested in petting Freya.”

“Guessing the fact that I usually slept through geography doesn’t help,” Judai couldn’t help but laugh, despite the fact that that wasn’t really a joke by any means. He was pretty sure that had been one of the classes he slept through most, if he were being honest-something he’d come to regret just slightly since he’d taken to traveling for reasons like this. 

Oh well, there was no changing that now.

“Heh, good to know. I’m looking forward to seeing it. You sure Freya won’t mind Pharoah, though?”

"I've been well~ Better now that you're here, though." he grinned, putting an arm around his friend's shoulders. "And I can show you around! Though you might need a warmer jacket." Johan laughed.

“Heh, take it ya missed me?” Judai chuckled in response, not the least bit perturbed by the sudden proximity. “Think you might be right ‘bout that one. Sheesh, I knew it’d be chilly but I didn’t expect it to be this cold.”

“I mean, if you’re offering so nicely it’d be rude to turn you down, right?”

"I figured you'd be cold so far north, Judai. It seems your bright spirit is keeping you as warm as a fire,eh?" (I don't know im sorry- set this whenever if you want!)

“Hey, hard to focus on the cold when you’re more excited about something else,” Judai chirped, flashing the other duelist a bright grin. Not that that meant he wasn’t aware of it-he definitely was in the way it stung at exposed skin and pierced through his jacket-but as Johan said, he guessed his spirits were too high for now for him to really care. “Feels like it’s been ages since I saw you. How’ve you been?”
