Eating the *bare minimum* still feeling like you ate A LOT :`/ (the worst feeling to exist ever)
Food log, 29.june.25~
Morning - Banana, chai with four cookies. Around 1 pm.
Evening - nothing
Dinner - around 8 I ate 2 dates (from Hajj) and water.
Around 10 I ate like my fav food but afterwards felt disgusting. Like two medium sized tortias? And like a gravy with cheese or some.
Also my mom brought like my fav mango custard so had to eat that and yeah.
