Levi's s/o who hurt her back during an expedition and had to get stitches. Since she has stitches, she couldn't sleep on her back bc it causes her too much pain. So for some time, his s/o slept on top of him which he actually really liked bc it kept her close to him.

Levi’s S/O with Stitches in Her Back:
It wasn’t Y/N’s fault. A miscalculation during maneuvers by a rookie scout, left Y/N with a long gash down her back from his blade cutting her.
She had powered through the return back to the walls, refusing to ride in the wagons.
Once in the infirmary, Levi had found out exactly how bad she was actually hurt, and he was not pleased.
It had taken over 100 stitches to close her wounds.
Due to where it was located, Y/N couldn’t sleep on her back like she normally did.
She was miserable the first night, and couldn’t sleep at all.
The next night, Levi pulled her on top of him and let her sleep on him. It seemed to work. He snickered at how loudly she snored.
The following nights, Y/N continued to sleep on him. She wasn’t restless and enjoyed the opportunity to cuddle with him.
He grumbled at hear about it every night. “The things I do for you, Y/N.”
He secretly loves it. He almost lost her. If that blade had gone any deeper or sliced any higher, she would have been paralyzed or dead.
Sleeping on top of him, he got to feel her weight and loop his arms around her waist, careful not to touch the stitches.
In his arms, he knew Y/N was safe.
