The world's shitty rn and the internet does NOT help ( at least for long 🫵) Personally, for most things of the bad things going on I can't help much, except show empathy and encourage others to help if they are able.

If you're in a similar mindset remember that you should do something positive for yourself or positive things can still happen to you, you shouldn't drown yourself in negative thoughts or situations especially if, again, YOU CAN'T HELP! It's frustrating but impossible to aid in every single terrible situation that's going on.

BUT, that doesn't mean straight up ignore what's going on tho, stay aware just don't pull yourself apart and potentially fall into apathy due to the current state of the world.
