Oh for sure, it’s not the worst thing you can be told. It’s not going to turn you off from living here, you know? If the town was up in flames we’d have a problem because it’s such a small place that everything would catch eventually. But who knows, time will tell. You’d be surprised how many people use the handrails though. You definitely wouldn’t be the only person who isn’t the best at skating. Oh, I see now, that’s cool, having a french name. My friend it’s called a “figure of speech” –- to which I mean that I don’t give a fuck about who people chose to be or what people chose to do. It’s their lives so they should be able to live it. I care about my personal hygiene, friends, family and my life goals. But other people are free to be themselves around me, which makes them want to be my friend –- so I must not be as awful as you think I am, Military Macho Man.

I actually happen to LOVE rollerskating even though it doesn’t like me back as much (I’ve had many, many, many the bruises to show for it), so I just might have to hit it up tomorrow night and see!

Mhm, that’s him. Hopefully he’s made a good impression on behalf of the rest of our family. The high school portion wasn’t horrible, actually. They spent more time drilling us in academics than they did running us ragged on the field. Cadet Basic Training once I got to West Point was when it got substantially more intense. ‘Aggressive’ would be a good word too. Still, it was all useful stuff. I’m glad I experienced it.

Well good enough at least, I haven’t run into any issues with him. But I’m also probably one of the easiest people to get along with just because I don’t give a fuck most of the time. It’s sorta nice to be that way too. –- Huh, sounds interesting I mean at least you still got an education and it wasn’t like they just made you do pushups while you were doing math or some shit. Oh okay, so West Point was the tough times, I’ll be sure to stay away from there. At least you’re glad you experienced it. Can’t complain if that’s the case.

It’s nice to meet you too, Hunter –- Wait, Clarington...I do know that name. Emmett, right? That makes sense now. I should have recognized the face. ROTC, really? Was it intense? I have this picture in my head of what ROTC is like and it’s very aggressive to say the least.

Oh no one told you that we have life guards at bowling alley’s now? It’s a new thing. Totally kidding –- we try to limit the number of drinks but it’s just fun anyway, no real harm.
