Katherine knows many ways to get what she wants, but that’s not the only thing to it. There’s something about her whether she’s trying or not will draw people in. She invites you in, only to deceive you. Katherine knows how to win over someone’s mind, body or heart, whatever it takes. She’s a drug that’s hard to come by and even harder to forget. She’s had many lovers and while she might feel something for a choice few, most had and fulfilled (or didn’t depending on how useful they were) their purpose. Katherine is by no means a witch, but she knows how to enchant like one.

Katherine may keep her humanity on, but that doesn’t tame the beast inside. She’s seen too much, been through too much, the girl that stands now is no longer the innocent once that she remembers. Katherine will take any action necessary and show little to no remorse for her actions. Human lives mean nothing to her if the collateral damage means her end goal is achieved. She’s not above toying with people’s emotions and lives and destroying everything in her wake. Some might even go so far as to say she strives for chaos, but Katherine simply strives for herself. Katherine knows which one she chooses and she won’t let someone else, any thoughts or feelings change that. She lives, end of story. In over half a millennium, Katherine has learned that sometimes she’ll have to do things she’ll hate, but with a life that lasts forever, she’s also able to remind herself that she’ll get another chance. She’ll never be upfront about it, and if she is, it’s truly a rare sight, but there’s pieces of her soul scattered in things she can’t let go. She has her flaws, but Katherine cares as deeply as her doppelganger, she’s just experience years of the worst kinds of things to counter it. Katherine may have a shell on her outside, but even she can’t hide from her feelings. The sentimentality is driven from her humanity, which she surprisingly to some, she rare turns off. She maybe not be human anymore, but that doesn’t stop her from feeling.

While she may no how to bide her time well, Katherine isn’t one to enjoy sitting around and waiting. A skill she perhaps never possessed even as a human was patience. When Katherine wants something done, she will find a way to do it. Even if it doesn’t occur right away, so long as it’s planned and in motion, Katherine finds nothing to be impatient about. Sitting idly and having nothing to do gets on her nerves. The best thing Katherine finds for helping her feel less impatient is alcohol. There’s nothing better to distract someone, but even that can only last so long before the effect wears off and she’s itching to get things done.
