honestly the sickest thing abt etho is the comments of the day/general audience relationship. what do you mean you picked a comment asking what your special talent was but you had to look up what it meant like WHAT is the POINT. you pick the questions!!! and even beyond that like why are you asking ME if it's normal to be congested in the morning when you are a grown adult. you do not need to disclose our bonkers sleep correction strategy or how often and badly you vomit or that you think "what's the most painful thing that's ever happened to you" is a good conversation starter even if you have an audience that will tell you. and stop telling me that you believe based on anecdata that pets get you sick more. but you freeze up if someone accidnetally implies they[re asking you something normal about your life. okay. freak

I talked to one of the tag wranglers and recieved some information about ao3's tagging system. As unfortunate as it may be, nothing can be done about the tagging system. Rpf vs fpf is far too tangled up together to be split and because of this it means legal names can't be taken off of the tags either as they're forced to follow rpf guidelines.

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, I have confirmation that legal names are only put onto the tag if the creator themselves have stated their name publicly or agreed to have it displayed on a trusted source. If ao3 has to dig for a name or if that name was doxed, they will not include it. Hopefully this can reassure anyone else who was uncomfortable with irl names on ao3 tags. Creators can also request to have their name removed if needed and I was reassured this process can be quick.

So please don't send ao3 any support tickets regarding the "video blogger rpf" or legal name portion of creator tags. There is no reason the swarm tickets to a very busy team. Thank you
