Well, this blog is composed of submissions of a whole lot of people’s drawings for the 2011 Killjoy Jacket design contest held by My Chemical Romance. I personally am not so fantastic in that regard, but I am sure that there is somebody who has submitted or is following this blog who could help you out! this is my killjoy jacket design. the collor goes up to you nose and on the collor there's a smile with sharp teeth. on the right side chest it says hello. :D

My jacket for my killjoy, Kitty Kerosene! (http://everybodywantstoruletheworld.tumblr.com/)

Medium: Oil based, watercolors, and pencil. (For the My Chemical Romance contest.)

Front of the jacket: A layered and half-studded collar sits atop one of the most worn, destroyed, jackets you've ever seen. (Assuming they've been out in the desert for a while destroying everything in a ten foot radius, it's safe to assume that it wouldn't be in the best of conditions.) There are black, bold shoulders and contrasting sleeves. Grenades are pinned on a belt, but move fast - once you yank one off the jacket, you'd better throw it in about five to ten seconds. Metal ringlets and studs pierce random spots in the jacket, which is coated in hastily-prepared patches fashioned from the nearest bandana.

Back of the jacket: Like the front, it is covered in tears, patches, stains, and scratches. The words "Let Me Live" sprawl across the back collar of the jacket, posted above a messy ink-blot test....but what do you see here? Two butterflies or a stone-cold skull? The Rorschach represents two very different views, contrasting that of Better Living Industries with the lives of the fabulous Killjoys begging the question; in such a situation, who are the deranged and who qualify as sane?

CONGRATS to all the winners! No bitching or complaining from me! I got caught up in stuff and just let the deadline pass me by. I actually had two jackets already made and I could have simply uploaded photos... but such is life! I already have a Danger Days Jacket so it's better someone wins that doesn't have one! :)
