Chassis gearbox and diff bracing
gearbox and diff brace stiffened up with extra supports welded in
Mitsubishi EVO 7,8,9 cat delete /test pipe i fabricated for a close friend
Diff rebuilt with Cusco 1.5 way MZ and super rare ERC gearbox and diff brace, awesome attention to detail with re-plated fateners, new bearings seals and bushes, soda blasted and painted casing and solid crush sleeve
power steering coolant line completed, tucked away between the steering rack and subframe, got away with using the factory one with abit of bending and persuasion. mounted nice and easy by weldibg two bolts to the chassis brace/ heater core line/ anti roll bar mount
exhaust hangar welded, another job ive been wanting to do for ages!
Dash panel for the microtech LTC 7 installed in the car
rewiring of the fuel pumps, these will now run staged through the Haltech Elite 2500, previously they were run both simultaneously full time, but resulted in the fuel being heated over a period of time, having them staged (1 full time and 1 staged at a certain boost/rpm) eliminates the need for a fuel cooler
loved making this thing! antiroll bar mount chassis brace and stiffener and coolant line for the heater core all in one!

Oil cooler lines starting to take shape, made using -10AN teflon
heatshield made and installed, fairly straight forward job with a permanent marker,drill and rubber mallet should do well to protect the clutch and brake reservior’s from the heat of the manifold and dump pipe,vents in the carbon hood should dramatically decrase under bonnet temps
replacing the entire gauge cluster with the Microtech LTC 7inch,backing plate made from 304 stainless and spent some time with a wire brush to turn it into brushed stainless. sooo much better. been wanting to do this for so long as my tacho has been broken for ages!
ECU setup is in, Haltech Elite 2500 all the safety gear and sensors and a Microtech LTC Pro dash
