An exciting project in Seattle gave me the opportunity to finally visit the city’s gem of a public library last week. I (along with every architecture and design student these days) studied it in school, so it was incredible to experience this futuristic yet functional structure in person. I generally avoid politics on social media but I couldn’t help show my adoration for the Obamas’ recently unveiled portraits. Once again, so many firsts.
