Hii!!! A simple little mesh and texture edit of the sweatpants included in the Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack - these won't show up without having the expansion pack!

⋆ And thank you to Shroomboi for helping me with the edit and textures!!
I’m back with some more behind-the-scenes content!
I know I’ve been suspiciously quiet these past few weeks, but hear me out, I had a very good reason and I think you’re going to like it 👀
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been working on my next set and this time we’re taking a little break from the Nancy Collection to kick off summer with a bang!
What makes this project even more exciting is that I’m collaborating with a creator I’ve admired for years. Honestly, it still feels a little surreal and I want to thank all of you for your support because none of this would have been possible without you. ❤️
That being said... I’m going to keep the identity of my partner-in-crime a secret for just a little while longer. Can you guess who it is? 👀 We haven’t exactly been subtle and if you pay close attention, you might spot a few WIPs that look suspiciously familiar. 😏
Now, let’s get down to business!
For this summer set, we’re heading to Greece, more specifically, Mykonos and Santorini! Think crystal-blue waters, whitewashed stone, sun-soaked terraces and endless shades of blue.
For some reason, whenever I think of Greece, I think of two things: relaxation and unforgettable parties. So naturally, we decided to combine both.
One of the first pieces I tackled was the DJ booth. The in-game version desperately needed a makeover and after spending way too many hours in Blender and the warehouse, I finally figured out a way to make it fully modular and customizable.
The booth is divided into three parts: the controller, the stand and the façade. The stand and façade come in both stone and wood finishes, allowing you to mix and match them however you like. But the real star of the show is the controller.
Drum roll, please... 🥁
You can place it almost anywhere!
Put it on the custom stand, on counters or even on high tables. As long as you create an L-shaped setup, it remains fully functional and your DJ will keep the party going all night long. I’m also ridiculously proud of the metal finishes on this set, so please appreciate the countless hours I spent drawing all those details by hand. 😂
To complete the DJ area, I created a large backdrop featuring a glowing circular centerpiece that stays on day and night. It can be paired with matching stereos on either side to create the ultimate audio setup.
The backdrop is surprisingly versatile, too: it can even be used behind beds as a custom headboard. (You may or may not see that in an upcoming build... 👀)
Finally, I created a collection of matching counters inspired by the same organic shapes found throughout the set, along with two sinks, one of which is a slimmer design perfect for bar areas, just like you’d find in real-life venues. (this is a big hint hihi 😉)
And trust me... this is only the beginning!
There are still plenty of exciting pieces left to reveal, so keep an eye out for future WIPs and, of course, the official release of the set!
Now that we've welcomed so many new faces to the channel and recently passed 1,000 subscribers on YouTube, I thought it might be a good time to introduce myself properly.
I'm Tammy, the creator behind Plumbob Diaries. I live in the UK and I've been playing The Sims since the very first game released back in 2000.
Some of my earliest Sims memories are sitting beside my mum and watching her play for hours. These days, things have come full circle because my son often sits beside me and watches me play too!
Alongside gaming, I've always been a huge bookworm and I love storytelling. Writing stories and creating characters has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, which is probably why The Sims has always felt like the perfect creative outlet.
I'm definitely a storyteller at heart. I love creating characters, building families, planning storylines, and getting far too emotionally invested in my Sims' lives.
My favourite way to play is following multiple households and character arcs, watching their stories connect and evolve over time. It's the reason "Every Sim has a story" became the tagline for the channel.
Starting a Sims channel was something I wanted to do for a long time, and just over a year ago I finally decided to take the leap. Honestly, I never expected it to grow into such a lovely community, so I'm grateful that I started!
Whether you've been here since the beginning or only discovered the channel recently, thank you for being here!
I'm excited to keep sharing stories, creating new series, and getting to know you all along the way. I've got lots planned for the future, including more Return to the Ridge, new stories, tutorials, and plenty of cosy Sims content and maybe even more Paralives if you'd like to see it!
So tell me, how long have you been playing The Sims? I'd love to hear your first Sims memory!
Episode 4 of my new Sims 4 Let’s Play series is out now! 🥹 you guys have given me so much love and support on my new journey of making Sims content, so thank you 😭
We’ve got 5 amazing legacy challenges from the community to spice things up!
Each one gives you fresh goals for every generation and a cool story backdrop to build on.
From fairies to planets to soul food vibes — there’s something for every simmer! 🌱✨
This is a small quality-of-life mod that lets you freely adjust objects in The Sims 4.
Instead of being limited to the normal object size options, this mod adds a simple Adjust menu when clicking on objects, giving you more control over how things look in your builds.
Perfect for decorating, clutter placement, screenshots, and making objects fit exactly how you want them to.
What it does:
♥ Adds a new Adjust pie menu when clicking objects
♥ Scale objects up or down using a slider
♥ Adjust object height using a slider
♥ Includes fine adjustment options for smaller changes
♥ Normal and fine sliders use the object’s current position/scale allowing you to repeatedly keep adjusting however you like
So, I assume most of you don't know, but there is a bit of drama inside the Paralives community. It's funny because this whole thing is revolving around The Sims 3.
TwistedMexi made his first paywalled "early access" mod called Sims 3 Camera, and I've been working on the same thing as he was.
1. Let's get the "clone" allegation out of the way first.
(Source: TwistedMexi's discord server)
TwistedMexi is accusing me of cloning his mod, but let’s look at the facts. Thankfully, I always use GitHub, so the commit dates are there to prove it.
(2026-05-26 22:27:02 +0200) is a timestamp of the first commit with hash d82ddd909e06833b0f8d5d439ad602d04a4f3e08
(2026-05-27T19:57:44.000+00:00) is a timestamp of the publication date of his Patreon post.
Honestly, I didn't know I could see the future, but ok.
2. The second thing I want to address is that currently there are a lot of awful comments directed at Tmex. PLEASE do not harass other creators.
3. Regarding early access and paywalls: My mods are developed in my spare time as a passion project. I believe in keeping my work accessible to everyone, which is why all of my content will remain completely free, forever. I believe the community should play a role in maintaining projects if the original creator steps away, which is why I always share the source code for my projects
Free mods are a pillar of a healthy community, whereas paywalls only lead to gatekeeping and unnecessary drama. My hope is that more creators choose to release their mods in a way that prioritizes community growth and shared resources.
A reblog would be greatly appreciated to help spread this message.
Thanks for reading,
xoxo, Arro
Ps. If you want to see a broader discussion on this topic, I recommend this Reddit post that goes way more in-depth than I do. It's a good read.
Edit #2 (04.06.2026): I've been banned from his Discord server, even though I never said a word there about any of this. Oh, and he deleted his messages with the allegations. So thanks, I guess? Not for the ban, obviously. But sure.
Depending on your sim's mood, the sleep pose could change from arm under pillow (Happy, Embarrassed, Sad, Shy, Silly, Bored, Depressed) to arms stretched out (Passionate, Dazed, Furious, Flirty, Angry) They can do the same sleep pose if their moods are similar.
DO NOT use this if your sim uses those beds where the blanket doesn't cover your sim. You will be horrified.

✨Pillow Talk Override ✨
I really liked this kiss animation by Igor_Santos_Adonai, so cozy after a steamy night. And also Cuddles On The Couch By d'Violet, cute and comforting after giving up the goods.
*Its not perfect but I tried my best with overriding this*😭 (Vid shows both animations)
