I’m reading a book called ‘the seal woman’s gift’ it’s a beautiful book set in 1627 about the aftermath of a woman’s life after iceland is raided by pirates. it’s a beautiful book so far and has tons of old Icelandic myth and folklore. The selkie is such a beautiful creature and i would highly recommend the book
