You can do deer makeup, with spots like white freckles

For a subtler look, you could also do makeup that makes your eyes look very big and doelike

Spots would also be fairly easy to do with hair

Bonus:

With henna, you can do hoof prints on your palms, as well as spots on your hips (or wherever really)
