Alright, a 4am thought that's keeping me up.

I know it's a crazy theory but, Queen lavender eyes is also Queen Ozma.

Hear me out, in L. Frank Baum's books Ozma is immortal. They're also both described in a similar way and Lavender Eyes is never given a real name.

And if she is Ozma that would explain so many things, like where is Ozma in all of this, why is the queen extremely skillful in magic, why isn't any other member of the Royal bloodline even mentioned in Tin Man, why is DG named after Dorothy, or why Dorothy even gets a magically shielded grave, hell it would explain why she has lavender eyes!

In the books it is common for your physical appearance to reflect which region of Oz you're from. (Ex: Jellia, the emerald City translator that had green hair and eyes) that means that Queen lavender eyes either is related to a Gillikin, or is a Gillikin herself.

It would make no sense that a random stranger from Gillikins takes the throne.

Except Queen Ozma, who lived in Gilligan's until she took the throne.

Another point I bring to the table is Glitch's comment to DG about her being just like her mother by being stubborn and running headfirst into danger.

We honestly don't know, I think. Magical strength, and what's possible, seems to be determined by the plot. Also never discount the The Power Of Love as a magic in its own right. idk idk I don't think Marvelous Land is out of the question.

I know the tin man universe is completely different from the Oz series, (anybody would know that from the O.Z. having two suns, while Oz is on earth) but still. How much of this series is connected to the original Oz series? Are characters like Jack Pumpkinhead and Patchwork Girl human? Are the historical figures? Were they still creations of magic? Was Nick Chopper, the original Tin Woodsmen, people from the past like Dorothy? How did the Mo-bats escape Glenda the Good witch's slavery? Where is Ozma in all of this?? Did she give the crown to Dorothy??

I have so many questions that just lead to more questions.

Tin man Headcannons:

Even after his re-brain surgery Ambrose still has his "glitchs" (they're basically tics) they're just not as common

Todo can also do performance magic

Cain is one of those people who say "but I am smiling," while still looking grumpy

It took an entire year after her return for DG to ask her mother for her name

Glitch started carrying a notebook for basic things to remember and do while living at the castle again

He also has notes all over his room

He once put a note on Cain saying "caring, but needs therapy"

Azkadellia still is mentally young because she was forced to be a passenger in her own body for around 10 years

Tigers are illegal in the O.Z.

Only Raw's species and the queen know why

DG and Glitch have kept at least one piece of clothing from their original outfit after being forced back into royal attire (ex. Glitch's coat, DG's shoes)

Everything that has happened in The wizard of Oz books has happened in the tin man universe but you'll only find it in history books and and journals older than most of the royal family bloodline

D.G "subtlety" drops things she misses from the other side as "invention ideas" to Glitch after he's able to functionally use a whole brain again.

The Queen and Ambrose have known each other sense they were teenagers (16-19)

They met during her "rebellious" phase

He also cried at her coronation as Queen

All of Cain's family has PTSD (at least the ones that are still alive)
