Tried two ways of making homemade potato chips (microwave, frying) and both kinda sucked, the microwave ones took ages to crisp up and you could only cover the surface area of a plate per batch and the fried ones tasted like those potato spirals from the fair which isn't necessarily bad, but those spirals for sure don't taste like chips

Low-key somehow the ones without oil tasted more chippy 🙃
