You know what's funny you're far from the only person that has been confused by this so it gave me a stupid idea

#i do also hc that blu spy has an eating disorder #or at least disordered eating #i say he has ocd and is paranoid about poison and other stuff in his food #and i think he's vain and doesn't like the way he looks healthy #bc he's a little cuckoo kazoo in the head #btw i swear I'm not ableist chat #it's based on my own personal experiences #bc I'm also cuckoo kazoo in the head

TF2 AU idea I had where Sniper never left New Zealand and ends up meeting Tentaspy. I hadn't ever seen these two versions of Sniper and Spy meeting together, so I made this.

The composition is the 1900 painting, The Mermaid of Zennor by John Reinhard Weguelin.

The outfit I made for Sniper and the edits I made to his hair are based on prajjna's ( @prajjna ) design of New Zealand AU's Sniper.

Tentaspy's tentacles are kitbashed from Elizabeth the Second's rig (a carnivorous plant model), from the TF2 map Monster Bash.

Started this project back in November. I decided to wait so that I could try out the new paint filter node in Blender's 5.2 update that came out this month.

I had a lot of fun watching UPA (United Productions of America) animations from the 1950s and 60s as research because I wanted to experiment with my art style.
