I know it’s been brushed on in ES Lore that daedric worshippers have a bit of a tell in their appearance, but I feel like with Nocturnal it expands further.

Mainly their quietness. Yes, their movements are muffled, but even outside of wearing armor. When they speak, it as though it is carried through a whisper (think Karliah’s voice). Even in broad daylight with the sun beaming down on them, they are always covered by shade, as though their own shadow is shrouding them in darkness.
