"Eira, what are you doing up" Glynda mumbled turning around. She expected to see her 7-year-old standing behind her in mismatched socks, a bright orange shirt with pink pajama pants instead she saw James.

"You look exhausted." She started but stopped as he moved past her and fixed himself coffee after taking a few sips of the warm beverage he sighed.

"I am, " he answered.

Glynda sighed it was like him to pull all-nighters to get work that he was behind on.

"The kids are still asleep" she mumbled into her cup, James smiled as he walked to the living room and sat down. Glynda added more coffee to her mug before following him into the living room.

"I miss mornings like this." He stated.

"I've been meaning to ask about the kids how are they?" Glynda inquired.

The only reason she was asking since the fall of beacon she has been unable to send them messages every week.

Janes didn't answer he downed most of his coffee and looked at her. She could tell he was tired his eyes told on him.

"Let's just enjoy the morning" he answered

I am infinitely proud of Nora for being the first to come up with (or at least to vocalise) the idea that Jinn might have specifically meant Oz can’t destroy her

While it’s possible that Jinn actually meant that Salem can’t be ‘destroyed’ but must be defeated in another way, this still opens the gate to them thinking about it in a different, more complex way

Nora continues to show that she’s more intelligent than people give her credit for and I love it

I think Nora barked up the wrong tree, but I’m proud of her for actually trying to TALK ABOUT IT and come up with some sort of plan of action. All of the others are content to just ignore the problem until (apparently) it’s too late to stop Ironwood from letting the cat out of the bag when they’re not even sure they think it’s a good idea.

And while Nora couldn’t offer Ironwood an alternative to imposing martial law, she at least got him to acknowledge it was a terrible idea and to choose the less-extreme option of capturing Robin to stop her thieving and also to try offering her a deal.

Bio- she's the eldest daughter of General Ironwood and the only child to have Glynda's green eyes. Growing up she acted older than her age. Doing this caused James to worry about his daughter growing up too fast, her right arm is robotic (Bassed of Bambi)

She unlocked her semblance at the fall of beacon

She calls her semblance fresh air, it allows her to control the air around her.

Maisha has a bad habit of putting others behiend her to achieve her own goals

Mazarin Goodwitch

Birthday - December 25(capricorn

Age 13

Voice Jack De Sena (he voiced Aang from the last airbender)

Bio- Mazarin is James' first son and the only boy to get Glynda's last name. Even if he and Maisha are twins he was born six hours after her and on Christmas day,

His semblance is cocytus it allows him to freeze small areas of water.

His semblance can cause hypothermia

He owns two reptiles a snake name Mochi and a lizard named Xiu

Dorian Ironwood

Birthday - June 19th (gemni)

Age 10

Voice Sasha Zoey Rojen (she voiced Ezran from the dragon prince)

Bio- Dorian is the first and only child to stay in vale with Glynda, he's also James' first trans child. He was born female but transitioned when he was 8.

Dorian's semblance is echo, His semblance allows him to mimic other people voices of sounds around him

He still wears bows James sent him while he was in vale.

Even though he uses he /him pronouns he prefers they or them

Eira ironwood

Age 7

Birthday - February 14th (Aquarius)

Voice Olivia Hack (voiced Tylee from the last Airbender)

Bio- Eira is James' energetic daughter and his youngest, she also the only child to have ADHD and tends to get distracted easily.

She's the only child to have yet unlock her semblance

Is a mama's girl and loved to drink tea when Glynda visit them.

i have to remain hopeful that this will be like a zuko style redemption arc. remember like end of ATLA book 2 and he was SO CLOSE only to go back to his sister? He still had his last lesson to learn.

so i’m choosing to believe that chloe has something left to learn, and that season four will hold real progress for her. Chloe has to go back to her abusive cycles because recovery is not instantaneous, and usually involves a lot of “two steps forward, one step back.” She still has a lesson to learn.

I think one of the most wild things as a writer is the sensation that you’re not actually directing your characters– they’re sort of directing themselves, and you’re scrambling around attempting to copy down whatever it was that they just did, but they don’t wait for you to finish copying. They just keep walking and talking and moving around and existing of their own volition and at some point you look up and you’re like “WHOA OKAY EVERYBODY BACK THE FUCK UP WHERE ARE WE”
