I was going to go to dance for the first time at the national championship in 3 weeks time, I have flights and accommodation booked and paid for. But then I had to get my appendix out 2 days ago and I can't dance for a month! 😢 I think I would be more upset if I wasn't so tripped out on pain pills

Nearly finished with the solo dress I designed and embroidered by hand…still need to add a few more stones. It’s a bit difficult to see in this photo, but all the knotwork is outlined in gold.

I’m considering embroidering other dance-related stuff and turning this into a makeup bag or a clutch.
