Round, hard, rumbly bellies stuffed with soooo much food + very obviously making a big bump under the person's otherwise well-fitting shirt.

So much so that they have to waddle, even if (especially if) they're also not very heavy everywhere else, so you know its solely the weight and discomfort of what's in their stomach right now thats weighing them down and making their gut bulge forward.
